Guest Account Setup

You’ve read our Account Types Article and decided that a Guest account is the best option for you?
Great! Now let’s get your new account all set up!

Guests account #

01. Sign Up

  • Begin your remote work journey with Roomth by signing up here.
    Punch in your details and register to first establish your Guest account.
  • Verify your account by following the link provided through your email.

02. Wait for an invitation

  • As a Guest, you can be invited to specific floors, even if private, belonging to different Teams. Wait for an invitation from a Team Leader or Team Member.

03. Accept the Invitation

  • Once you receive an invitation from the Team Leader, accept it to update your account and become a part of the Team’s roster.
  • If you’ve received an invitation but do not have an account yet, proceed to create a new Guest account by following the invitation link in your email.
    Your new account will automatically have access to the floor you were invited to.

04. All done!

One-Time Guests #

01. Wait for an invitation

  • One-time guests need to be invited to join a Guest Lounge.

02. Accept the Invitation

  • Receive an email invite? Just click on the provided link, enter your Name or username, and click “Next” to proceed.

03. Camera and Microphone Settings

  • Adjust your Camera, and Microphone settings before joining the Guest Lounge.

04. Password Protection!

  • For added security, you will be asked to input an Entry Password.
    Hint: Check your invitation email!

05. All done!

  • Voilà! Enjoy your meeting in Roomth as a one-time Guest, without having to Sign up. We hope to see you again soon!
