Guest Account Setup

You’ve read our Account Types Article and chosen Guest as your account type? Perfect—let’s set you up in a few quick steps.


Guests account (default) #

01. Sign Up

  • Go to the Roomth sign-up page, enter your details, and create a free Guest account.
  • Check your inbox and click the verification link to activate it.

02. Wait for an invitation

  • Guests can gain access to specific floors (even private ones) only after a Team Leader or Team Member invites them.

03. Accept the Invitation

  • Open the invite email and click “Accept invitation.” Your Guest account will automatically gain access to the floor(s) you were invited to.
  • No account yet? Click the invite link first, complete the short sign-up form, and you’ll be registered as a Guest with immediate floor access.

04. All done!

  • You can now enter every floor you were invited to.

One-Time Guests #

Need to join a single meeting without creating an account? Use a One-Time Guest link.


01. Receive an Invitation

  • The meeting host will email you a Guest Lounge link.

02. Join via the Link

  • Click the link, type a display name, and press “Next.” No sign-up required.

03. Set Up Camera & Mic

  • Choose your camera and microphone before entering the meeting.

04. Enter Password (if asked)

  • For added security, the host may require an entry password—check the invitation email.

05. Enjoy the Meeting

  • Voilà! You’re in! Collaborate as a one-time Guest—quick and easy. We hope to see you again soon.
