Roomth is a virtual office platform designed to simulate the real-world office environment. It provides users the ability to create virtual office floors, event floors, meeting rooms, and workspaces to facilitate collaboration, meetings, and day-to-day office interactions.

2. How do I sign up for Roomth?

Answer

Before signing up, please have a look at our “ACCOUNT TYPES & SETUP” article.
If you’re a team member or a guest, you will need to receive an email invite from an Admin, in order to join Roomth.
Once you receive the invite, click the provided link, fill in your details, and you’re all set!

3. Can I use Roomth for free?

Answer

Our platform offers different pricing tiers, including a free plan. For specific pricing and feature details, please check our ‘Pricing’ page.

4. How do I create a new floor or room?

Answer

If you have administrative privileges, you can easily create a new floor by clicking on the “Create Floor” button from your dashboard.

5. What’s the difference between a Public Floor and a Private Floor?

Answer

A Public Floor is accessible to anyone provided with the invitation link. In contrast, a Private Floor is exclusive and can only be accessed by the Team or registered Guests.

6. How secure is Roomth? Can outsiders access our virtual meetings?

Answer

Roomth prioritizes your security. Only those with the correct invitation link or the necessary credentials can access your floors and meetings. Furthermore, the option to password-protect rooms and tables provides an additional layer of privacy and security for your Team and Business.

7. I’m having trouble with my microphone and camera settings. What should I do?

Answer

First, ensure your devices are correctly connected and recognized by your system.
Try refreshing your browser and checking the settings option in the floor’s details page, before entering the floor, or by clicking your microphone or camera settings option on the floor’s bottom menu.

8. How many people can a single floor accommodate?

Answer

A single floor can host up to 50 users, though, for an optimal experience, we recommend no more than 10 users interacting simultaneously.

9. Can I change the design or layout of a floor once it’s created?

Answer

Yes, you can modify the floor map from the floor settings, on your Dashboard.
Each design has a specific seating capacity, so ensure you choose one that fits your team’s needs.

10. How do I handle attendance and time tracking on Roomth?

Answer

Roomth offers a Time tracking feature where all members of the team can check in, check out, and clock their breaks.
Admins can view, add, and edit Team Members’ shifts and tracked time, and even download reports for further processing.

11. How do I schedule meetings in Roomth?

Answer

On your Floor, navigate to the desired meeting room’s nameplate and select the calendar icon. You can set the date, start and end time, and send email invites to participants.
If you’re having a meeting with someone who’s not a Team member, make sure to navigate to a Guest Lounge, where you also have the option to invite users with limited floor access without the need for them to create an account.

12. I’m new to Roomth. Is there a tutorial or walkthrough available?

Answer
