Inviting users

Bringing in Team Members, Floor Guests, or One-time Guests to your virtual HQ is simple.
Let’s dive into how you can send invitations and bring everyone together in your virtual space.

Registering Team Members #

Team Leaders and Members with Admin privileges can invite and register new Team Members.

• When Signing Up:
  Team Leaders can register Team Members while first signing up.
• When Creating a Floor:
  After providing the necessary details for your floor, you can register new Team Members.
• Profile Menu:
  Go to the “Team Information” tab at the top of your profile page. Click “Edit” to add Team Members to your team.

Inviting Floor Guests #

Team Leaders and Members with Admin privileges can invite Guests to specific floors.
Keep in mind that Floor Guests need to register an account and only have access to the floors they were invited to.

• When Creating a Floor:
  After filling in the necessary details for your floor, you can invite guests to that specific floor. This can also be done after the floor has been created, by going to the Floor settings menu on your Dashboard and selecting “Edit Floor”. Note that guests can only be invited to Public floors. If a floor is set to Private, guests will no longer have access.
  
• For Team Members Without Admin Privileges:
  Team Members without Admin privileges can invite guests to a public floor by going to the Floor settings menu on the Dashboard and selecting “Copy Invitation Link”.
  Share this link with your guests to give them access to the floor.

Inviting One-time Guests #

One-time Guests don’t need to sign up with Roomth.

• Scheduling a Guest Lounge:
  To invite a One-time Guest, add their email address at the “Schedule a Guest Lounge” menu. They will receive an email invitation and can join the Guest Lounge at the preset time by simply setting a username. Note that One-time Guests can only access the Guest Lounge they were invited to. While One-time Guests are visible to everyone currently using the floor, the rest of the floor will appear empty to them, ensuring privacy and security for your team.
