Tables #
These are your workspaces! Each table has between 2 and 4 seats and everyone sitting at the same table can hear/see each other by simply turning on their microphone and camera.
People sitting at neighboring tables cannot hear or join the conversation.
Assign a table to each Team Member and have them go to each other’s tables when they need to talk or assign tables to a group (eg. Sales department) to make communication between team members even faster!

Team Leader’s office #
As the name suggests, this is the team leader’s office by default.

Meeting rooms #
Meeting rooms can be used by you and your Team for serious meetings or just discussions with more than 4 people.
While a regular table can seat a maximum of 4 users, meeting rooms can seat between 10 and 11 users.
You can schedule a meeting room at any time by clicking the nameplate and selecting the calendar icon.

Guest Lounge #
Set up meetings and invite external guests without them registering. They’ll only see the meeting room, ensuring privacy. Scheduling? Just click the room’s nameplate and select the calendar icon.
Guest Lounges can be used for inviting guests into your Roomth virtual workspace.
Have a meeting with a Client? No need to have them create a Roomth account.
Schedule a Guest Lounge by clicking on the nameplate and the calendar icon, and make sure to invite your Guests by their email address.
Guests can only access the Lounge they were invited to, and the rest of the floor plan will appear empty to them.

Phone Booth #
Ideal for intense focus or signaling you’re on an external call.
Phone booths automatically turn off your camera, microphone, and screen sharing, and therefore cannot be used for talking.
