Choosing the Right Account #

Roomth offers four account types. Pick the one that matches how you’ll use your virtual office.

Team Leader #

Team Leaders are the administrators of a Roomth Team and have full control over it.

You can…Examples

Invite or remove usersAdd Guests or Team Members and fine-tune their permissions
Configure advanced featuresTime tracking, access rules, integrations

Choose Team Leader if you need to set up or manage anything for your organisation.

Team Member #

Team Members have the full Roomth feature set, but they must be invited by a Team Leader.

  • Access all floors in the Team—including private ones.
  • Can be promoted to administrator if the Team Leader grants it.

How to join a Team

  1. Ask the Team Leader for an invitation link.
  2. Open the link and either:
    • create a new Roomth account, or
    • sign in and upgrade your existing account.
